We will make every attempt to ship your order the same day on orders placed by 11:00AM MST, but always assume your order will ship the following business day. No shipping refunds will be granted once we ship your order.

RETURN POLICY:
SillyTown.com / WCI will gladly replace any defective product that is not caused by mishandling or misuse. Any unused product can be returned and you will be credited your order amount minus any shipping charges and a 15% re-stocking fee. You must request a return authorization number for either type of return by using our contact form and explaining your situation.
