Q: What form or payment do you accept?

A: We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express.

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: We have added a new secure shopping cart that calculates real-time FedEx and USPS shipping costs based on the weight of your products and your location. You then have the option to choose how fast you wish to receive your order. We also offer Priority Mail which typically takes only 2-3 days for delivery in the US. It's all up to you!.

Q: When does my order ship?

A: All orders placed by 5:00pm MST will ship the following business day. Weekend delivery for FedEx is NOT available. Priority Mail can take 2-4 BUSINESS days.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: No, due to customs fees and other unknown shipping costs, we no longer ship outside of the US.

APO orders are fine and will ship through the United States Post Office.

Q: How long do the launchers last for?

A: Our water balloon launchers can last for years if they are taken care of. Being made out of quality products will keep you launching for a very long time. Extreme weather conditions will shorten the life of your launcher as well as any mishandling. Inspect your launcher often for any tears or cracking in the tubing to prevent serious injury.

Q: How do I get the maximum distance when launching?

A: There are several things you can do to increase launching distance. Try smaller water balloons, we've found that filling balloons to the size of a tennis ball works best. Launch the object at a 45 degree angle. And experiment by having the people holding the handles move closer together or further apart. Good Luck!

Q: What is your return policy?

SillyTown.com / WCI will gladly replace any defective product that is not caused by mishandling or misuse. Any unused product can be returned and you will be credited your order amount minus any shipping charges and a 15% re-stocking fee. You must request a return authorization number for either type of return by using our contact form and explaining your situation.

Q: Can I put a Silly Town link on my page?

A: YES! ... and we'll greatly appreciate it if you do. We have special banners made up just for that. Use our Feedback Form to request one. Also include specific dimensions, animated / non-animated if required.
