SillyTown.com is a division of Westek Consulting Inc. (WCI) located in Morrison, Colorado. SillyTown.com has been in business since 1994, and is the largest water balloon launcher distrubutor on the Internet.

Our water balloon launchers are assembled with US products, including high quality surgical tubing, a heavy duty (rip-proof & waterproof) pak-cloth pouch, and vinyl grips.

SillyTown.com has sold over one hundred thousand balloon launchers with a return rate of less than 1%. Many youth organizations, youth ministries, professional / college sports groups, and theme parks have purchased our water balloon launchers and are still using them today. We gladly replace any defective merchandise and stand behind our products 100%.

WCI (SillyTown.com) is the sole owner of any information collected from this site. We will not sell, share, or rent any information to others.

Our online orders are conducted through Linkpoint Central. They are a trusted, secure payment site. If you would like more information on their services please visit www.linkpoint.com.

Our server records log files of visitors, but no individual user info is logged. Linkpoint Central logs IP addresses with your order for fraud protection only.

Our e-mail list will provide users with the latest site developments, new product lines, sales, interesting info and more. This list is used 4 times a year at most. The user may choose to opt-out of this list at anytime through our email list removal link.

From time-to-time our site requests information from users via contests. Participation in these contests is completely voluntary. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and shipping address). Contact information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes.

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on our homepage so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.
